Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Stickerdrop service by oneninetynine labs (Robin Weissgerber) (“we”, “us”). By placing an order via our WhatsApp channel, you agree to these terms.

2. How it works

1. Send a WhatsApp sticker to our WhatsApp number.
2. Choose the quantity of printed stickers you want.
3. Provide your shipping address.
4. Complete payment via the Stripe checkout link we send you.
5. We review, print, and ship your stickers.

A binding purchase agreement is formed once your payment is successfully processed.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include 19% VAT (MwSt). Pricing is based on per-sticker volume tiers:

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods available through Stripe. Payment is due before production begins. If payment is not completed within 30 minutes, the checkout session expires and you will receive a new payment link.

5. Content policy

We reserve the right to review all sticker images before printing. We may reject an order and issue a full refund if the submitted image:

• Appears to contain copyrighted material owned by a third party
• Contains offensive, violent, or illegal content
• Is of insufficient quality for printing
• Otherwise violates our content guidelines

If your order is rejected, you will be notified via WhatsApp with the reason, and a full refund will be initiated automatically.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under German distance selling regulations (Fernabsatzgesetz), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, pursuant to §312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Since each Stickerdrop order is a custom print of your specific sticker image, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before production starts (i.e., before we approve your order for printing). To cancel, simply send “cancel” in the WhatsApp conversation.

7. Shipping and delivery

• We currently ship within the European Union only.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive a WhatsApp notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
• Shipping is free for orders of 5 or more stickers. Orders of 1–4 stickers incur a €3.49 shipping fee.

8. Refunds

• Rejected orders: If we reject your order during review, you receive a full automatic refund within 3–5 business days.
• Cancelled orders: If you cancel before production begins, you receive a full refund.
• After production: Since stickers are custom goods made to your specification, refunds are not available once production has started.
• Defective goods: If your stickers arrive damaged or with a print defect, contact us at legal@199labs.tech and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are liable for damages arising from intent or gross negligence without limitation.
• For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the value of the order.
• We are not liable for the availability of WhatsApp or any third-party services.
• Minor color variations between screen display and printed stickers are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Darmstadt, Germany, insofar as legally permissible.

If you are a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date above.
